Thanksgiving is a time for celebrating the things you have and the people around you. Giving thanks, smiling and laughing, are all part of this traditional day. It is also a time for enjoying and indulging. Eating lots of turkey and potatoes, casseroles and buns, and occasionally a bit of alcohol. Beer and wine are always good options, but how about serving something more earthy to go along with your traditional Thanksgiving feast?
